The Story

The path that brought me to Green Crow Tacos is both unique and all too familiar. A career of creative fine dining with a talented team has been distilled down to a particular food venue I have great appreciation for, and will prepare solo. All of the care in procuring quality ingredients from virtuous purveyors with core values aligned with my own, as well as the meticulous preparation of the ingredients with respect to the origin as it collides with fresh ideas is the mission of Green Crow Tacos. The shop will produce delicious approachable food with a message that speaks to decisions we make in many aspects of our lives. Decisions to support community, the environment, and give respect for the ability to bring people together through the common admiration of foods we love. The experience aims to bring joy, and the message will represent core values in how we can simultaneously provide great food responsibly, and do so within a sustainable business model.

In providing a desirable quality product people can support, I gain the leverage to commit to community engagement projects that give back. Learning from the people of the peninsula as well as sharing the knowledge I’ve obtained over the years to help nurture this progressive community.
